At HELI Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an instant confirmation email with your order details. Our team prioritizes processing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are dispatched within 48 business hours, subject to product availability.
If any item is out of stock, our team will inform you via call or SMS, along with the expected dispatch timeline.
Shipping Within Pakistan
- Flat shipping rate of PKR 200 on all orders up yp 2kg per parcel.
- Shipping cost will be charged PKR 250 if order weight up to 2Kg - 5kg.
- For orders above 5kg, Our representataive will contact you for the custom shipping charges.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days (outside Lahore)

Exchange Policy
HELI Cosmetics offers a 7-day exchange policy, subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Seal must be intact and unopened
- Product must not be tampered with
Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless the wrong product has been delivered.
How to Request an Exchange

- Mention your order number, product name, and reason for exchange
- Send the item back in its original condition to our returns address
- Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement item
Customers are responsible for applicable shipping charges for exchanges.
Returns Policy
